Well unless there are more wheelings and dealings late on, it's looking like Chris Taylor is still a Bolton player and Parky has to drastically change his defensive and midfield selection and system if we are to be competitive. 
Another wide man signed when a few of us thought the priority should be defensive mid, but I'm just wondering if Parky is thinking of Noone as the "creative" mid he's been yearning for in the press?

Does anyone know what (if any) is the time period a player e.g. Jay Spearing has to be unemployed before he is considered by the EFL to be "unattached" i.e. can be signed outside the transfer window?

I'm guessing that one's he's out of contract, that's it and can be signed at any time, but there may be EFL rules governing this.

Ken Anderson has confirmed both the player and the club have moved on. In answer to your question I would assume once he's out of contract he's a free agent.

He can be signed by any club at any time.

I bet he's regretting his decision to leave now though.
