Vodafone been on to me again this morning. I was ready for them. I put them on hold listening to Arthur Askey and the busy bee song.
I gave it two minutes,after which a puzzled Indian voice said, "I'm having trouble hearing you. I'll call back at a later date".
Instead he sent me a text asking me to phone them at my convenience.
This could drag on.

Finally dumped Vodafone,but what a job I had doing it. Bloke with a strong Belfast accent tried every trick in the book to keep me with them.
I thought at one point he was about to burst into tears. He put me on hold to get my PAC code,and didn't even have the decency to put some music on. I was sat there listening to silence.
Although that's probably better than listening to some of KP's posts on the music thread.

They just use the EE network so cant see there being such a big issue with them, but we'll see.
