Big assumption though. Our lacklustre performance combined with the other results couldn't have done more to incentivise a rapidly improving Birmingham side.Boggersbelief wrote:This result is no biggie assuming Birmingham lose today.

Birmingham will hammer Ipswich. And probably us.
Megson out.

How are Birmingham rapidly improving? Yes they won a match but they lost the SEVEN matches before it (Including at home to Barnsley).wanderlust wrote:Big assumption though. If we had done that everyone would be calling for Parkinson's head.

They did sack their manager after that bad run - that's the problem from our perspective.DEANO82 wrote:How are Birmingham rapidly improving? Their performances have been so much better since Monk took over what was previously a spineless side. First game they gave Boro a run for their money, but narrowly lost out to a Bamford goal. Then they almost turned Cardiff over away from home losing by the odd goal in 5. That was followed by battering Hull 3 nil and then today winning against Ipswich so that they are now in the position to leapfrog us if they win on Tuesday.
Considering where they were, that's rapid improvement in anyone's book and they'll be 100% confident of winning and pushing us down to 21st.

Why are pubs so stupid that they let themselves be taken over by mobs of away supporters? I know it pays well but there's just too much risk involved. They bring the problem on themselves!!
