Very true.

It is no longer acceptable in society to even compliment a woman.

You would lose your job and have your life destroyed by baying left wing militants if you did.

Regarding the Rosanne Barr situation, we saw Bill Maher compare Trump to an Orangutan, but he's still in his job.
Are these double standards, or does the race card make the difference?

When you consider the historical connotations the difference is quite clear on that one.

The White House has accused the entertainment industry of "hypocrisy" over its condemnation of Roseanne Barr following a racist tweet.
Its press secretary suggested liberal TV stars suffered no consequences for saying "the most horrible things" about President Donald Trump.

They're right that there are no limits placed upon the level of hate you can spew as long as your target is a white straight male or a conservative female of any race. 

Liberals have called for the assassination of Theresa may and trump. As far as I'm concerned that is criminal.

A liberal wouldn't call for an assassination without at least having a jolly good discussion about it first, taking all sides in to account obviously.
