Bolton Wanderers Football Club are saddened to learn of the passing of our former manager, Stan Anderson.

The thoughts of everybody connected with the club are with his family, friends and former colleagues during this sad time.

Very sad. The man was a legend at Sunderland. Believe it or not there's an autographed photo of him on top of a pile I got out of a drawer last night and chucked onto my desk.
