I think we know who drew up Anderson's short list.

With both Jerome and Nugent at Derby it seems strange they would consider selling both at the same time - but they do have 3 other strikers. Leeds are favourite to get Jerome but I'm wondering if Nugent's price would be inflated as a result (which would rule Anderson out) or even if Derby will sell one and then stick.
I seriously hope there's another plan in action just in case we come away empty handed.
I seem to remember Anderson alluding to the idea that he would much rather find players we have a chance of keeping rather than taking Premiership youngsters on loan so that does narrow the market down.

I don't want to throw cold water on this- but I would rather have heard about a striker coming in on loan.
I think we have plenty of midfielders already.

I agree Rammy, we are ok in midfield i would say, strikers are a must now.

That would be great providing we get a decent striker too.
