The former Fleetwood Town man joined Wanderers from Bradford City in July 2016.
In his one season in BL6, the forward made 26 appearances in all competitions, scoring one goal on his debut against Blackpool in the EFL Cup.
Following a spell at Carlisle United on loan, the target man made the permanent move to Rotherham in July 2017, signing a two-year contract.
So far, Proctor has made 15 appearances for the Millers, scoring four goals during that time.
Jim McDonagh

The goalkeeper began his footballing career for his hometown team Rotherham United in 1970.
The former Republic of Ireland international made over 100 appearances for the Millers in a six-year stay.
After a month loan spell with Manchester United in 1973, McDonagh joined Wanderers to replace Barry Siddall in between the sticks.
He set the club record during the 1977/78 Second Division title winning side for least goals conceded in a 42-match season, with 33 goals against him.
After a spell away from Bolton, joining Everton after Wanderers were relegated in 1979/80, McDonagh re-joined the season after and made 274 appearances altogether and even managed to score a goal against Burnley in a 3-0 victory in January 1983.
Tom Thorpe

Thorpe joined Rotherham in July 2015 after being released from his boyhood club Manchester United.
With appearances hard to come by at United, Thorpe went out on loan to Bradford City initially before a season long loan move to Bolton was agreed in August 2016.
Thorpe made 25 competitive appearances for the Whites that year and was a part of the squad that gained promotion to the Sky Bet Championship in 2016/17.
Danny Ward

Joining from Leeds United as a youth player, Ward made his senior debut as a substitute against Sunderland in August 2009 in the Premier League.
Finding it difficult to break into the Wanderers’ first team, the 26-year-old was sent out on numerous loans to Swindon Town and Coventry City before joining Huddersfield Town permanently in 2011.
Whilst at the Terriers, Ward was sent out on an emergency loan to Rotherham United on February 9, with it made permanent three days later for an undisclosed fee.
Before joining Cardiff City in the summer of 2017, Ward won Rotherham United Player of the Year for 2016/17 after finishing as their top goal scorer with 12.
Adam Le Fondre

The Stockport born forward joined Rotherham United from Rochdale in August 2009 on a three-year deal for an undisclosed fee.
And with 58 goals in 105 appearances in his time at the Millers, he certainly made his mark on the South Yorkshire side.
Following spells at Reading and Cardiff City, Le Fondre joined the Whites on loan in January 2015. He scored eight goals in 17 games.
A further loan spell to Wanderers occurred in 2016/17, where he was involved in the Whites' promotion to the Sky Bet Championship.
He joined permanently the following summer, where he scored seven goals in 38 appearances and notched a particularly important goal against Nottingham Forest on the final day to help steer the club away from relegation in dramatic fashion.
