Good choice.
On a more cynical note I liked the endings in Chinatown, A Clockwork Orange and The Thing.

1968 when I first watched this - fifty years ago now - frightening how times slips by.
Obviously I wasn't as savvy at spotting the twist at the end of the film back in those days so it was a real shock ending at the time.
It looks a bit naff now but it was certainly good at the time -
Also - and again really naff now but gave me a shock back in 1976 - is this! -

Hard to pick one out but there have been a lot of films where the ending was my favourite bit.

Most of my favourite films have the same ending, the plumber has finished seeing to the lady with no clothes on and leaves without actually fixing the problem he came to look at

My favourite is when the spoilt kid brother buys his older brother the car of his dreams after saving his life by stealing a shit load of cars in one night. Can't remember the name of it. Give me 60 seconds and I'll remember.
