EXCLUSIVE - I discovered that in March 1984, Jeremy Corbyn “stood in silent respect for IRA fighters killed that day”. In 2017, Corbyn claimed he only observed a minutes’ silence for "all who'd died" in Northern Ireland, when asked about a 1987 event. https://t.co/f3dInFxUvN

Deary me.

I'm something about Jezza and the IRA came out in the news not so long ago?

Don't know but he only supported them in the pursuit of peace remember.

Support for the IRA? Doesn't the story talk about respect for war victims - or did I read it wrong?

Yes that's definitely what it says

He accuses the British government of terrorism and stands in silent reflection for IRA fighters who were killed.

This must have been what clinched the peace process he's so famous for .

Jezza today stormed out of a meeting because of the presence of chukka umuna.

The man who has never met a terrorist he won't sit with...won't sit with Chukka. Sad.

Yep bit childish that. Although again the bigger issue is skimmed over, she calls leaders to her Downing Street to tell them nothing is changing and her red lines remain. She’ll be gone by Tuesday.

Hilarious that she's calling for mps to decide what they want and not what they don't want.

If only she'd thought of that 3 years ago we might not be here.

Astonishing lack of self reflection.

May is incapable of listening to anybody. This mess is entirely due to her incompetence. She could have had a compromise brexit with the help of Corbyn who is as keen on brexit as her but she just won't listen.

Yes Corbyn as usual made a fool of himself by walking out but what was the point of the meeting anyway?

A box ticking exercise for her to say she did all she could by was let down by her colleagues, when she finally resigns next week.

Not that the Maybot will be listening.
