Ian Evatt has made two changes to the team to face Exeter City in Sky Bet League Two this afternoon, with Declan John and Antoni Sarcevic both coming back into the starting eleven.

That's probably our strongest team, at least in Evatt's mind so huge plaudits for what he's achieved if we win and no excuses if we don't.
But I hope and pray we win today if only for my nerves - they've put us through the wringer this season so they owe us one.

Typical Bolton... down to the wire... and who knows which Bolton team shows up at Crawley Town.  No excuses... just have to win with our lower GD.  Grimsby will be the decider... as they capitulate to Morecambe after beating us.

Embarrassing second half performance, only one team wanted it and it wasn't us.

Having said that, our quality in the final third was once again dire, the decision making is baffling at times.

I don't for a minute think we'll get anything at Crawley, it's all down to whether Morecambe can get something from their final game.

Agree with your opening two sentences. we have a superb away record and that fact you always think we will lose is a bonus, Can't see anything other than a Morecambe win, so a must win for me, also pissed off that we have let the top two off the hook.

Two questions
1  Why have we got a gaping hole in front of goal, where nobody wants to play?
2  Why do we always leave it late  to change a team that isn't working?

On this form, if we drop into the playoffs, we'll have our arse kicked so hard, that we'll be able to use it as a collar, and a second season in League 2.

Finally the 1-0 caught up with us......You just can't do the squeaky bum every week.

To my mind we just don't get the ball into the box fast enough and not enough good chances created.

That was probably our best 11 so that's as good as its going to get. Hopefully a 0-1 to us next week.

Onwards.

My worst fears come true - although that could be compounded next week.
Tactically I think we got it wrong. The result was the only thing that mattered and Evatt gambled and lost from a winning position.
He's been talking about every game being a cup final - now next week's game will really be that one game shoot out lottery because there's no way Morecambe will lose.

We are doomed to a play-off final against Tranmere.
