That's the same way I read it, it's typical of what managers say when they're interested in a job - "I'm just focused on the next match" bollocks.

If he didn't want the job he could just say "I don't want the job".

Just been looking through some of the palace forums.

To say it politely, they seem to be "laughing off" the idea also.

What's Freedmans managerial record and his win ratio?

Just Palace -

end of first season - kept them up,

Second - finished 17th.

This season their 4th.

Win ratio about 35%

Not bad consiering he took over at palace at a very challenging time for the club.

If he brought Zaha and that handy CB I'd be happy.
