I do believe in the death penalty to an extent, only after a fair trial and were conviction is 100% without doubt, in cases of extreme evil - such as multiple child killers, mass murderers who show no remorse whatsoever etc...
But I think dying is punishment enough - it also takes them away from society thus preventing them re-offending and destroying more lives... I think the killing should be done in a humane way though - lethal injection (or hypoxia - ive heard that's a good way to go)
