The deals worth £4M, with a further £10M extension dependant on promotion. This company is huge in places such as cash rich Dubai. Happy days

Hahaha!!!!
Best laugh I've had for a while!
The company has a massive £1 (one pound) behind it, was set up by Ozair Puda (Date of birth March 1990) on the 8th March 2021 who sold the company on the 29th April 2022 to Mubaruk Puda.
The company address is given as 44Aa St Helens Road.
[You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]
Ozair Mohamed PUDA (Date of birth shown as March 1990) [who I assume to be the same person(?)] has been involved with four other companies that have all been dissolved!
[You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]
Mubaruk Puda owns another company Revive Home of Beauty Ltd, registered at 104-106 Chorley old Road, which is showing accounts outstanding and in the prosses of being struck off!
His occupation is shown as a Private Hire Driver.

Maybe you are right about that, I don't know but if the deal is done by the registered UK company, then unless it's parent company (if there is one) puts some cash into it, then all we know for now is that company we seem to be doing the deal with has been capitalised for just £1 and its registered office is 44a St Helens Road!

WANDERERS have confirmed a “major” new shirt sponsor deal with online firm Service My Car.
Agreeing a one-year deal with the firm, founded by Bolton-born Ozair Puda, the company logo will adorn first team shirts and media backdrops for the 2022/23 campaign.
Service My Car originated in Dubai and then expanded into Oman, and most recently, the UK, with a headquarters in Bolton.
Ozair Puda, Chief Executive Officer of Service My Car said: “We are happy and excited to see Service My Car on the Bolton Wanderers kit.
“The official kit partnership with Bolton Wanderers is a key milestone to enhance our brand awareness as we scale up our operations in Bolton and across the Northwest. Being from Bolton, it made sense to bring the kit sponsorship back home.”
Wanderers CEO Neil Hart added: “We’re delighted to enter into this substantial commercial partnership with Service My Car.
“Service My Car are a rising star in their field and we are thrilled and thankful to be working with them as they embark on their journey here in the UK.
Wanderers and is invested in the journey the club is on.
“With their roots in the town and with their own plans for growth in the future, the synergy between our organisations is unmistakable.
“I would like to thank and congratulate chief commercial officer Mike Pink and his team for securing this fantastic deal and also extend my gratitude to the Board for their unwavering support in recent months.
“We look forward to seeing how this relationship will evolve and to working closely with Service My Car throughout the 2022/23 season.”
The club ended an agreement with Liverpool-based Home Bargains at the end of the 2021/22 campaign.
Service My Car are the seventh different shirt sponsor since a long-term agreement with Reebok was ended in 2009.

Maybe they do, I don't know but that doesn't mean anything if BWFC haven't signed a contract with that registered company.
If they have signed a contract with the company registered in the UK with an address on St Helens Road (which I suspect they have) then all we know so far is that the company has just £1 behind it.
I would hope and expect that BWFC has done their due diligence on the company before entering into a contract with it.
(Also to be boring for a moment a £70m turnover means absolutely nothing - the running costs might be £80m for all we know which would mean the company had run at a £10m loss!).

I tried searching the Dubai companies register
But couldn't find anything on them.
Bit weird but I'm sure Brabners, who seem to be the solicitors for BWFC have done their due diligence before entering into a contract.

[You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] The sponsor doesn't look nearly as bad (to me) as some have made it seem. Thoughts? [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]

I wouldn’t know Tom Morris if he walked past Bobsworth Towers but he does strike me as a man who likes to keep things simple and doesn’t like to be messed about.
So it’s interesting that Home Bargains have packed their bags but if I was looking to expand Bobsworth Enterprises into a different continent I expect that I’d try to find representatives with a successful track record.
Still no accounts from FV.

I don’t suppose Tom Morris will be too bothered Mr Pig.Norpig wrote:So glad i don't buy new shirts these days! I'll stick to my old Normid shirt thanks.
T J Morris Ltd increased its turnover by 20% last year and its profit by 52% and its unlikely that much of it was due to the Home Bargains logo on the shirts of portly supporters of BWFC.
