I actually like the way it looks on the shirt, looks a lot cleaner than the fibrlec logo

The club missed a trick by not making 500 shirts or so to sell in the shop.

It's no wonder we're in debt.

Fibrlec wouldn't be happy to see fans in the stands for Championship games with Wix shirts.

You're right, we should put their feelings before the finance of the club.

Keegan, do you have a Wanderers shirt? If so, what is the reaction when you walk down the street?

Interested looks - like "Which club is that?". I do apologize for having replica shirts, though - I know how you feel about grown men that do that.

Bolton Wanderers are delighted to announce wix.com as the club's exclusive shirt sponsor for the upcoming FA Cup fourth round tie against Liverpool at Anfield on Saturday.

wix.com is a leading web development platform, enabling over 58 million users worldwide, to create a beautiful and professional online presence.

The Wix logo will feature on the front of the Bolton Wanderers shirt.

Bolton Wanderers Head of Commercial Richard Gough said: "We're delighted to welcome wix.com as our official shirt sponsors for our upcoming FA Cup tie.

"As a football club, we pride ourselves on working with innovative and forward-thinking businesses and Wix certainly tick all the boxes."

Omer Shai, wix.com CMO said: "We're excited to be shirt sponsors for Bolton Wanderers for this match. The FA Cup is a valued tradition in British football and we're very honoured to be part of it."

The shirts will branded exclusively for the playing squad for this match and will not be made available for sale at Bolton Central.

I'm surprised FibrLec are allowing this at all. I wouldn't be happy to see someone else's name on the shirt I paid to sponsor for what is the biggest game of the season to date and probably the biggest game we'll have this season full stop. How come it's happening now? Personally I fear this could be a very short sighted move that bites us on the backside when the FibrLec deal is up because in their shoes I'd be thinking "Why sponsor this outfit when they'll whip my name off it and put someone else there in the big games?"

I'm really not at all sanguine about this, the long term effect could be quite harmful to the club's finances.

I can't see FibrLec paying us much tbh, they are probably more than happy for their name to be on a BWFC shirt .

Is that because of the Quickquid fiasco boggers? I was still in a bad way when all that broke and didn't follow the story as closely as I normally would. I remember thinking it was dumb to accept a payday loan firm as a sponsor and assumed FibrLec had got some kind of cut price deal to clean up the mess but I had no idea they were getting their name on the shirt for nothing.

If that's so then hopefully it's a one season deal. We need all the money we can get and frankly if they aren't paying us then I don't think we should be worried about their response if the club did release some shirts with Wix.com for general sale.
