RIP Sue Davies

I don't suppose many BWFC fans read Horse and Hound. I don't either, but I was curious to know how  Sue Davies, widow of the late Eddie Davies BWFC's greatest ever benefactor, was getting on. Sadly I discovered that Sue had died of cancer in January this year.

Sincere condolences to all the Davies family. RIP Sue.

I was surprised to only just find out too, Boncey. I don't expect the family will have told the Bolton News but the club know and I expect that the Board will have something planned.

Like others I hadn’t heard this and I hope the club are planning to mark her passing in some way? RIP Sue.
