Had a great birthday, despite the previous evening. Brother bought me a Dad's Army Corporal Jones butchers van, and his catchphrase of 'Don't panic', was rolling about my head as I contemplated my options with regard to unsticking myself.
I suppose Mainwaring's 'You stupid boy' would have been more appropriate.
