Going into Admin doesn't necessarily mean the end for HMV but a move away from buying DVD's and the like, from High Street shops will almost certainly (imo) lead to shop closures.

Why would anyone want to buy a CD or DVD that will be half the price on Amazon or ebay? I have no sympathy for HMV, for years they ripped us off and now it's coming back to bite them on the arse.

Obviously most people don't and that is why they find themselves in the shit.

What I meant though was parts of HMV may be worth saving by someone or other - for instance maybe someone might want their internet retail service perhaps?

It doesn't sound very promising for their 4,000 plus employees though.
