I slaved over the pan for over 1 minutes to make mine today.

There was something very chewy and squidgy in them.

I had a couple, but the missues is used to making scotch ones. I ended up with bigger pancakes, but about 3 times as thick as they should be. Never had to chew pancakes before Very Happy
