If Dougie is looking for a target man then I would like to see him be given a go, lets face it Ngog isn't exactly doing the business up front at the moment and SKD doesn't even get a look in anymore.

Maybe a combination of Eaves and Sordell/Davies/Ngog (one of them) could bring a bit of a new option up top.

That said i'll be surprised to see Eaves thrown in the team tbh.

How many times have we seen other teams launch a young player, who invariably makes a difference, at least at the beginning when they're full of vim and vigour. We can do with some new blood in our attack, as the ones we have are a pair of numpties. I reckon he would be a good option for Craig Davies and even Ngog to work with. DF promised us a younger team, it seems to be starting at a strange time though

I suspect our Kev's head is not in the right place for the fight anymore so DF has gone for someone whose head is. If that is actually the case, it does make a dent in the 'ultimate professional' tag that has been Super Kev's in his time here. I blame Emma.

Judging by his build, I'd say he'll have considerable deficiencies. Equally, for the same reasons, he could be quite a danger man.

Only a chance in the side will tell.

Yeah, I've only seen him a couple of times but he seems to have a decent shot on him, and is strong in the air, so hopefully he will be successful with us.

(I think he has a pretty good goal return whilst he has been on loan).

He got ten minutes last night.

Oddly enough, I thought it was Kevin Davies on the touchline initially. He didn't get a chance to show what he can do with the ball at his feet, but looked usefully tough and not as slow and clumsy as I was expecting.
