Err... We don't want Freedman for the last three games.
PS, and all games before

Doesn't want to bend the rules, has Wheater and Mills ready to come in.
Sounds as if he doesn't rate Ream.
Not much else to say really.

Dawson was only a temporary fix anyway, we were never going to keep him full time. Plus we have Wheater back now. Wanting Dougie out for not extending an already short term loan by a few games is just bonkers.
We lost today, so did the league leaders (to Peterborough). It's the nature of the Championship. We were going down again under Coyle and Freedman has taken us closer to the play-offs than most of us dared to dream we could get this season. For goodness sake people, we're not Blackburn, let's have some faith in the long term future of the team under a young manager who is already proving himself to be more competent than any of our previous 3.

Dawson may have been a temp fix but has turned out to be our best defender really, so given the option to keep til the end of the season makes sense to take it. Who knows what position we might be in by the end of the season with injuries etc.

It's not just the last 3 games....what if we make the playoff's......now your best defender has gone...not to mention the understanding on the field that has been built up recently.
We don't know all the facts but on the face of it somat is daft.

Good point. Not sure if you can use loan players for play offs though really. But why, if he is our first choice defender would we not take the option. Perhaps it is tactical in terms of trying to not seem desperate and keep the price down in the summer.

If you cant use loan players in playoffs, Watford are fucked. No Im sure you can. If he dont want him for last couple of games he better start playing Wheater and getting him match fit for them games.
