I have worked in Senior Management, and was forced into some difficult decisions, but as head of team, I had to decide which strategy worked best, and I knew my strongest players, and my weak links, now comes Freedmans downfall, sometimes your weak links are your strongest allies, they all have a point to prove, where as your strong players become complacant, there lies the problem, Freedman is a useless, clueless prick, who has no idea about Management, it's an art form.

Be fair Martin, as an art form, Dougie is a master, at being both clueless, and a prick.
