Most of us seem to think he'll stay in football with another club, I was confident he would but he's starting to make a few tv appearances, his latest was reporting on the tottenham/Chelsea game for skysports news.

Maybe SSN will take a punt on him?

He'll get a contract at another Championship or higher club and retire at the end of that.

He's a terrible pundit, certainly not a future for him in that.

Not sure If anyone watched the north west football show on bbc on sunday night, SKD and Phil Brown were on it, it was like chalk and cheese with how they both reacted in front of the cameras.

SKD just isn't a guy I can imagine being on sky as a pundit.

He's quite a nervous guy I admit.

I don't think he'll retire, he'll get itchy feet after his break and some club would take him on.

I don't see what he can offer anyone at this stage. You could bring all the cliches into it like "he still wins 99% of aerial challenges" and "defenders hate playing against him" and "he still holds the ball up superbly". Regardless of how much of that you believe and value, there's no getting away from his severe lack of speed and general awfulness with the ball at his feet. This has cost us big time in parts, and I don't imagine it being less of a problem for a club in even League One.
