Is there one particular food you can eat every day.

With me it's Heinz baked beans sometimes twice a day just never go off them .I don't get it because if I have say porridge or a fry up or fish and chips or Indian or chinky I don't fancy it for awhile but baked beans can't get enough. My fav brekky is beans with scrambled egg melted cheese cathederal city and grilled mushrooms on top of 4 slices of granary bread. I force myself to have a bowl of oats once a week for lunch as its good for you. Some times I have mackerel on top of the other stuff on the beans also good for you, brekky is the only time I pig out then after 30 mins I go for a run to work it off. Good or bad?

Eggs, love them.

Cooked in anyway, could eat them most of the day.

No. I like my food and there's a lot of stuff I really love like steak, bacon, chips, strong cheddar, twiglets, etc but I couldn't eat them everyday.

I eat tuna most days.

I eat Chicken at least once a day.

Carrs pasty. Freezer is full of them.

Bread, i love it and would make everything into a sandwich if i could

Avocado. With eggs for breakfast, on a BLT for lunch, with a salmon rice bowl for dinner, or even just as a snack. I love them.

Other than that I agree with Angry Dad on the baked beans call although I have to order them specially because the US brands are shit. And, Norpig’s bread shout but I have to limit my intake due to the amount of butter I crave with it. Growing old is shit.

I'm a bit faddy. I'll only eat Heinz beans, which is fair enough in my book, but people scratch their heads when I tell them I'll only eat Dutch tomatoes.

Who do you go halves with?

I learned today that the cold baked bean sandwich is a thing. I suppose I'll have to try one.
