Not sure. He started off as the next great hope but didn't impress but seems to have played better than ever in the last couple of seasons so am surprised that he's been pushed aside by Carroll (is he now signed by West Ham?). Like the idea of signing players with something to prove though. Could be good with decent service.

First Hall and now Cole, This is crazy, West Ham take Bolton's rejects not the other way round.

You have to laugh. When he scored a few goals for West Ham he was talked about getting an England call up. I completely forgot he existed this season.
Had Big Sam still been at Bolton he would probably try to sign Cole for us.
He would do a job in the Championship I am sure.

I wouldn't touch Cole with a barge pole to be honest, I can't remember him having a great goal scoring record for the hammers when they came up from the championship.

Another over rated english striker who everyone thought would be a world beater.
