There's a lot of this 5 minutes business being mentioned on this thread which is slightly worrying. I mean I'm not the athlete I used to be, but FFS 5 minutes isn't even a proper warm up. I'm not commenting on sexual prowess/virility - I'm talking about taking a bit more time over it FFS and I think the "fairer sex" deserves a fairer deal.
