We all knew when Dawson went back to WBA that we needed another defender to replace him.

Nothing to get worked up about, but it's a fair question to ask that if it's about getting match fitness, why were they strolling?
With the exception of Hall it didn't give the impression that the fringe players were busting a gut to try to win a starting place.

1-1 Need Dawson back... there's always a price for someone who gets us wins and he did his share to get us on the right track. Wheater at fault for this goal.

Sordell - 3-1 Wanderers. We play them again in 3 weeks! That's 3 goals in 2 games for Sordell... maybe he wants to score on the field instead of on his Blackberry this season!

Maybe he's enjoying playing with Hall? Finally sounds like we've added some pace to the side, strikers must love wingers who can go past people.

Don't bother with the fact that he is currently untouchable, unsellable, etc. He is the only one who has plugged our dyke. We will be leaking goals without some help on defense. Sordell and Beckford will have to score 4 goals per game for us to win with this defense. A long season ahead.
