Wow... that sucks.

1. According to GMR and Tower FM at least one of Eaves goals were onside, we were by far the better side after we scored from the 65th minute.

2. Beckford got his first goal so hopefully it gives him confidence and Eaves sounds a much better option up front than Davies and Ngog.

3. Mills sounded solid at the back considering he hasn't played for the first time in a long while.

Just trying to take the positives.

I saw mention of Eaves' "goal" - that it was basically a bad decision.

Eaves up front on his own? Against Tranmere? Dear me.

Freedmans words on tonight..

"I felt we did enough to win the game, but overall our decision making in the final third let us down this evening."

"We're disappointed with the result, but fair play to Tranmere, they took better penalties than us."
