Welcome back gaffer, i'm hoping your return sparks an upturn in boltons performances.

It's our worst start for a number of years but it is much too soon to start rounding on the manager. The players have let themselves and the fans down and it's up to them to get their bloody act together. It's no good blaming Beckford when he has had so little quality service from midfield. Only Chungy has played to a decent standard so far. We have missed Holden, Mark Davies and Eagles in midfield. Spearing and Mido are both very similar in style which is not helping matters when you need players to get forward.

Hopefully the Lancashire/Yorkshire derby will be a turning point. Beckford to open his scoring account against his old team will do for starters.
