What is your best place to visit in the North West ?

I like Blackpool, on a nice day the kids love it, loads of rides and fast food, playing football on the beach, loads of hotels, bars, swimming, catching crabs , Blackpool tower, illuminations, fortune telling loads of stuff to do.

What's yours and why ?

The Lake District for me. Cruising along Lake Windermere with a boatload of Japanese tourists harping on about Beatrix Potter and Donald Campbell.

This, we stay at the copper mines consiston once a year
