Why don't they turn the dedicated traffic lights off at the fuckin supermarkets when they are shut?? In fact after 9 0'clock they should all be on flashing amber like in Holland where they assume you will be intelligent enough to work out when its safe to proceed, unlike here where you are constantly treated like a child
