Well, after using low fat spreads, such as Flora light and Bertolli light etc, for many years now, it looks like these so called "healthy spreads" are in fact bad for us, mainly because of the amount of sugar used in them.
I'm seriously considering using Lurpak now, as butter is apparently healthier and better for you. My Gran lived until she was 90 and she always used Lurpak.
Do you use butter or one of these so called healthy spreads?
