How to Park a Car!

Do you think this person has a license?
Filmed on an industrial park on the outside of Chorley.
I have it on good authority this little manoeuvre occurs every working day and sometimes causes a traffic build up!

 

Bizarre! They obviously have a lot of time on their hands. I wonder what their driving is like.

The guy that took that video was in a burger van and asked her once had she got a licence. She wasn't too pleased. I know exactly where it is!! It must put 10minutes a day on her journey. She only needed to drive forward about ten foot straight. Makes you wonder what's between her ears!!

I have been reliably informed that the police spoke to this lady early on this week. A male occupant in the car did a runner and was caught and the car has not been seen since!!

This woman shouldn't be allowed anywhere near a car!

She's probably on her way home now to her country of origin. I believe the guy in the burger van has been approached by various agencies, media, about what he has witnessed/videoed.
As I stated this was repeated day after day, I wonder how long she took to park when the police collared her?
I wonder who bubbled her, perhaps they are attracted to the world famous Bolton nuts site?
