Strong wind can be a killer.

If my Labrador eats Pedigree Chum, his wind can strip paint off wood at twenty feet.

I thought the north west was going to be spared but I've been up to St Helens this morning on the M62 and the rain was bad. One of the problems is that all the bloody grids are blocked with leaves so the water has nowhere to run off.
