Your approach would appear to be one of common sense and is to be commended, everybody desrves a second chance, to which only a halfwit will turn their back on.
I found your comments re. management and staff interesting. I have not heard anything on the subject since I heard it was first mooted Saturday. I know full well that morale is low in the work place, I am rather fortunate in the industry I work in, and can well imagine further measures pissing them off. Unfortunately that fact in other instances has been less than preventative, lets hope a bit of savvy prevails and this measure is not taken up?
