Both Grillo sisters were acquitted today. They spent over half a million quid on themselves but claimed it was with full approval. I can only surmise that the jury consisted of recent arrivals to the UK who haven't yet grasped our lingo.

Did the jury really believe that Nigella and Charlie would have reported the matter to the police and pressed charges if their purchases were all legitimate?
Nigella would have known that the sisters were prepared to tarnish her public reputation but she still went ahead and gave evidence. I want that jury if ever I get into trouble.
