No they don't come from Brussels and most people will be having them with their Christmas dinner but will you be having them on your plate?

I personally love the taste of them and can't get enough of them, they can taste a little sweet when boiled ion a pan and simply seasoned with salt.

Do you love them or hate them?

15 mins? Kin Hell! That's more like Sprout soup. I would say no more than around 8 mins so they are still slightly firm.
