First Wall Poster recollection?

Us older forum members didn't grow up with the internet and multi channel TV. We had a black and white TV with three channels and we read books and magazines to learn about the world.

As a kid I can remember collecting football cards from Shoot Magazine and apart from posters of footballers on my bedroom walls, I also had posters of top totty at that time. My earliest recollection of posters of women were a beauty called Madeleine Usher who had appeared in a Miss World competition and I also had posters of Susannah York, Lee Remick and Susan George.

None of the above ladies would have been seen dead in a onesie.

I bet Magoo had posters of Nellie Melba, Emily Pankhurst and Queen Mary on his walls.......

Ive just replied to these 2 old timers (LPP & RT) in the other thread!

I had the Spice Girls and I remember having a poster of Andrei Kanchelskis when he was at Everton, I think it came free inside one of those footy mags possibly Shoot.

Had various other posters of footballers as well as the 1995 team poster of BWFC   

My first wall posters were Hendrix and Cream - am I gay?

It was a classic in a niche genre complete with plastic dinosaurs filmed in Technicolor. Historically inaccurate in every way imaginable, it was absolutely true to the Hammer films ethos. British film making at it's (low budget) best.
