The sunny weather...

Had my first bbq of the spring today. What fantastic weather we are having. It's just unreal. It's been sunny and warm for days. If it stayed like this all summer and no warmer it would be perfect. I love it so much.

Anyone else enjoying the sunshine?

It's my cat, Elvis's first Summer. I got him late August when he was 8 weeks old so he has only really experienced long nights and frost and snow.

He has really enjoyed rolling around on the hot flags in the garden in the sun this week.

This is him right now as I type, on a cushion on the back of the settee behind me.

I had a lovely day in the sun today, my bollock's have a lovely tan.

Aye but the nice weather is set to last for another 5 days yet - enjoy it because it will probably rain in April, May, June, July and August - as soon as the weather experts predict a blistering hot summer get your umbrella out.

Can't beat the weather when it's like this, too nice to be in work that's for sure.

The Co-Op stocked their shelves with disposable BBQ's this weekend. They don't miss a trick. The downside of this good weather so early in the year doesn't bode well for a decent summer. Make the most of it while you can.

It was lovely sat in the beer garden at Harvesters on Saturday afternoon.
