Is it just me or is it a LOT more fun to post on here tonight than it has been for the last few weeks?  Very Happy

OK, one win isn't enough to say the world has changed but God it's a good way to end a Saturday isn't it? Three precious points, a way better display than the last couple of months AND a clean sheet, awesome.  Very Happy  Laughing

Oh, and Dougie played a 4-4-2! Yep, TWO strikers! Who BOTH scored!  affraid

Next week it's the blue and white dingles, hope we can do the same to them at least!  ::dance::

I got that impression at the ground today before kick off, I just got a good feeling walking into the ground and for 15,000 it was a half decent atmosphere, though I think some of that was due to the dick head of a referee who had an awful game.

A big relief certainly went round the ground at full time after 10 games without a win.

I feel like the only one who's not pissed yet.

Let's face it, we've seen nothing today that we didn't see when we dominated Doncaster back in December, and we've since been as dire as ever.

I know it's hard for people to hear now, but it's silly to get excited by this performance. You'll all be slagging Freedman and the team off again in no time.

Probably doff but where is it written we can't enjoy it on those rare occasions when we DO perform really well and bag the three points? Come on dude, kick back and sink a few cold ones after what has been one of the rare, way too rare good days this season.  ::dance::

No doubt when we're all hung over tomorrow and come down from the high of a win with a clean sheet reality will butt it's head back in but just for tonight, crack a beer, crack a smile and enjoy the moment.  :uk:  :drinks:  :good:    :COYW:  :toppoints:  ::bwfcfan::  ::bwfc::  :like:  king  Very Happy  Laughing  Twisted Evil

I woke up feeling crap so bad I called the doc out.

He reckons he's seen something similar called Megonitice but I have it with a touch of Elmanderism on top. Apparently it happens a lot when the first swallow of spring appears carrying a bug which causes it fall out of the sky within a week.

There really is no better tonic than 3 points. There is no substitute to match the feel good factor which lasts until the next game. Blackburn will be no pushovers but at least we are at home again. Our performance yesterday was just a start but it's something to build on. We are not out of the woods yet.

I agree entirely, this is NOT a miraculous recovery from which we will push on to world domination. cat

(No Mr Reeboksworth, we mustn't tell them our cunning plan yet. The chicken is still defrosting mwah ha ha ha.)

It's possibly the beginning of a recovery but it still feels very sweet to have something to smile about when I opened my Sunday paper. It's been a very long time (at least it feels like it) since I was actually looking forward to the championship match reports section.  Very Happy

The Charlton result has took the shine off our performance. If they can win their games in hand it could still go down to the wire. I have booked for Leeds and Yeovil away on the strength of yesterday.
