I don't like it when football pundits pluralise players names e.g. "your Rooneys, Lampards and Gerrards" - as if there were several of each.

I have loads of these that piss me off, then when somebody does a thread about them, I can't think of one. Anyway something came to me yesterday...

Subway speak.

Sandwich artist (ha...): Welcome to Subway, what can I get for you?
Customer: Can I get an Italian BMT on a footlong wheat sub.
Sandwich artist: Would you like any salad on it?
Customer: Can I get some lettuce and cucumber.

I also hate it when they ask the customer (they only seem to do this at the Middlebrook one) "is it a hot or cold sandwich?"
