Easily pay for Costa and Chelsea don't need him especially as they have that guy they signed last year who hasn't played yet due to injury. Mourinho is a clever lad - Luiz (and Mata) were favourites of Abramovich but with the amount of money they've brought in he won't be arguing about it.
