he won't lose his job, didn't Greg Dyke say so the other day? He will still be in charge for the Euro qualifiers and we have a relatively easy group so he may survive for a while yet.
If he did go, i would like to see Glenn Hoddle given another go, the man knows his stuff and wouldn't be afraid to use the younger players.

I have no problem with any club or national side having a long-term goal - in Roy Hodgson's case a 4 year plan. But halfway through that plan you have to show some progression, no matter how small.
Have we seen any progression? Hodgson seems to be getting praise for blooding the youngsters, but did he really have any other choice? For me he was tactically inept and I really can't see us being any better in two years time.
I would go with Glenn Hoddle as has been suggested above - easily the best English tactician in the country.

Is he still a Christian nutter who thinks disabled people are being punished for being wrong 'uns in previous lives?
If so, I say give him the job pronto, 'cos he's obviously not mental or anything......!

Forsyth for England! Bread you're a genius! It hadn't even crossed my mind (not many things do) Anton du beke as head coach. Louie Spence as the sponge man! Get in there,it's the way forward.

What a formation. Playing out from the back, Luke Shaw with a quick Valeta up the left, through to Barkley who, with a touch of the Gay Gordons, whips it through to sturridge and his quick step and paso doble has it in the net pronto. Cue a celebration Rumba.I'm sold.
