1-1. Not a bad start for the opener.

They seemed to be trying to play the ball along the ground for the most part. Decent effort for a first pre-season game.

Thought Mavies looked bright first half when we got him on the ball, but too often he's picking it up back to goal. One of the few times got it moving forward he burst through and won a penalty, that's the position we need to be getting him into to get the best out of him.

Foreign highlights, I think the boxing sessions have had an effect on Spearing...

Becks needs to be removed from taking penalties. Didn't he miss a couple last season also?
Seems like a good work out overall ..... we didn't lose so that's an improvement already on last pre-season. Good that everybody had a kick.

Bit of a bad-tempered affair but a decent result seeing as Brondby are much further ahead with their preparation. Haven't they already played friendlies in Germany? Stupid lunge from Hall I thought.
Very impressed with Dougie giving everyone a run out - no place to hide.
First game so difficult to tell how this squad will stack up against the Championship big-hitters.

Hall had been flattened two, maybe three times before with no calls. I think he was just frustrated and tried to give a little back. He went in hard but I don't think he went for the player alone - the player moved the ball and didn't get out of the way in time.

Isn't that always the case?

Just seen someone criticise Freedman for making too many subs.

Goal! Great work from Craig Davies to spin his marker, with Feeney converting at the back post. 0-1 (33 mins)
