If you feel inferior that's your fault, I haven't done anything to encourage that. I wasn't even meaning you when I made the comment to be honest, it's something I read every time we have a manager who's not doing well and I think it's nonsense. How do we know how arrogant anybody is who we have next to no contact with? I don't see what Dougie's done that makes him seem so arrogant, it's not like he's proclaimed himself the special one for instance.
