Wanderers’ U21s are back in action this Monday lunchtime as they take on Aston Villa at the Midlands club’s Bodymoor Heath training ground.
The young Whites come into the tie off the back of their first league victory of the season last week, having beaten Reading 3-1 courtesy of goals from Niall Maher and a Rob Hall brace, and will be looking to secure back-to-back wins on their travels.
Meanwhile, hosts Aston Villa are still in search of their first win having lost their last two matches against Derby County and Arsenal respectively, after previously drawing their first two games.
