I was quite impressed with what Lennon said - nothing earth shattering but simple common sense answers.

I wasn't Freedman's worse critic by any means but some of the stuff that is getting out about how he ran the team sort of beggars belief - turning up on match days a couple of hours before kick off - that's the sort of thing ex-pub team players like I was used to do!

Playing to the players strengths and aiming to win games - shouldn't any manager aim to do that anyway - why didn't Freedman?

New beginning and all that but I'm certainly far more hopeful of our future now than I was just over a hour ago.

I was one of his biggest critics on here tbh, but it's a different feeling you get from him listening to him at length rather than watching him on the sidelines.
