Just had tuna onion tomato and grated carrot on toast.

And for tea chicken breast, peas, broccoli and carrots.

The only thing that belongs on toast there is tomato at a push. That sounds horrible.

I have 4 fresh Haddock fillets, I am going to pan fry in garlic butter.
Seasonal veg on the side, I will only eat 2 they are quite big, my son can eat the rest.
