Have run out of beer, although did have a couple large sherries whilst cooking the stewed steak.

Settled on grilled salmon again with a small egg salad and seasoned mini cubed roast potatoes.

Just having a nice hot toddy made with Jameson whisky!  Smile

You like a nice, big, meaty sausage, don't you Magoo?

I have noticed.

I was going to say that I have had the ASDA extra special ones but found when grilling that they contained a lot of water (probably mostly juice from the chopped apple) and found them overly sweet where the apple over powered the pork flavour.

I will try the Tesco finest ones and see what they are like.

I always do mine in the oven alot better, half way through cooking take them out.
Then soak up the water/grease with kitchen roll then pop them back in.
Lovely.

Don't pretend you'd never heard of it.

You subscribe to it and have done for years.

They have a DIY section every month and that's how you learnt how to build (shit) walls. Twisted Evil

Lovely.
When I make sausage and mash with an onion gravy I always do the sausages in the oven and the fat that comes out, I always add it to the gravy for extra flavour.
