The company i work for does.  i had to go through a few exams and practicals to get accredited.  which for someone who finished school at 16 was a bit daunting.

This is what I do - Lean Manufacturing Consultant.

I take people's chairs away and colour code shelves.

This is what I do. Teach people how to drive trucks, or just take the piss out of people for a week. Have to be very sarcastic to do my job or wouldn't get through the week.
