I hope if Madine comes here he's straightened himself out and grown up a bit. I can't pretend I'm totally happy to sign a guy with his track record but if Neil believes the lad has changed and can do a good job for us then I think it's worth taking the chance because I back Neil's judgement. That said I would expect there to be a clause allowing us to sack Madine instantly with no pay off if he steps out of line again.
